#1 What size pillow inserts should I use?
While choosing the right pillow fabric for your space is key, it’s just as important that you choose the right size, pillow insert, and arrangement.
WHEN ORDERING A PILLOW INSERT, PLEASE CHOOSE A PILLOW INSERT 2″ BIGGER THAN THE PROJECT SIZE SO THAT YOUR CORNERS ARE WELL FILLED. Example: 16″ x 16″ cushion cover should use a 18″ x 18″ pillow form. Measure your pillow insert across the middle of the pillow form. Use a flexible “Tape Measure”, not a ruler to measure your Pillow Insert.
VERY IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT USE A RULER TO MEASURE ANY PILLOW INSERT. ONLY USE A soft tape measure and run it along the middle of the pillow from seam to seam. This is because a pillow is not flat and can not be measured properly with a ruler. For example: you would never use a ruler to measure your waist. The same applies here.

Customer acknowledges that Reinastores is a wholesale manufacturer, and as such, customers first order of any item, size, and quantity is considered as a sample purchase and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Customer also acknowledges that they are responsible for ordering the correct size pillow insert for their project and that Reinastores does not guarantee that the pillow insert ordered will meet the needs of their customized project. However, buyer may request an exchange in cases of purchasing incorrect sizes (see “Returns Information” section below). All materials used are 100% new, and manufactured in the USA.
Shipping Information
Reina Esperanza Company is a major manufacturer and wholesaler of Pillow Form Inserts, Textile Trims, Wedding accessories, religious goods, as well as other products. We sell to both major retail stores worldwide, as well as to the public due to popular demand, with no minimums required on most products. We maintain stock of most of our products for fast processing. Items not in stock due to large volume of orders will be placed into production as fast as possible.
Most orders are processed within five business days after date order was placed. There may be times where large volume of orders will cause some orders to become delayed past the 5 days processing time. In addition, the delivering freight company (UPS, FedEx, or United States Post Office) may experience delays that are beyond our control. Reina Esperanza Company is not affiliated with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and is not responsible for their performance, delays, shipping time, etc. Reinastores ships via any shipping carrier of our choosing unless otherwise instructed by the customer via email. ReinaStores is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply an accurate, secure, shipping address deliverable by all shipping carriers, protected from the weather. Please be sure that your drop-off area for your package(s) is secure, as well as safe from the weather. Reina Esperanza Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery, or weather damage. Wholesale packaging of products may be shipped without plastic. or branding.
Shipping is from our facility in North Carolina.
Returns Information
Authorization is required prior to returning or exchanging any merchandise. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at VP@reinastores.com before returning or exchanging any items to receive a return authorization number (RA#) which must be marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. No refund or exchange will be made prior to receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Customer pays all freight charges for all returned or exchanged items as freight charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please save your shipping receipt as proof of returned shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Products Ineligible for Returns:
Items sold on specials are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refused Shipments
Any shipments returned Refused for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipping arrangements will be made. Furthermore, any refused shipments returned to Reina Esperanza Company do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. In addition, no shipping costs will be refunded.
Unclaimed Shipments
Any shipments returned UNCLAIMED for any reason will require additional shipping to be paid prior to re-shipping. Reina Esperanza Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items after delivery by the shipping company. In addition, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from any refunds, or no refund may be given if it is determined that the package was not claimed in an attempt to refuse it (see “Refused Shipments” above). No shipping charges will be refunded.
